星載多路電源優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 星載電源因其特殊使用環(huán)境,有效的散熱方式不多,因此對電源的功率密度和效率要求越來越高。又因其對元器件的嚴(yán)苛要求,可選擇的電路和元器件相應(yīng)受限。主要介紹了在原有星載多路電源設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,在可選擇元器件范圍內(nèi),優(yōu)化其中反激電源電路設(shè)計(jì),分析其工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)一款新型星載多路電源。最后用新設(shè)計(jì)的多路電源與原多路電源效率進(jìn)行比較,驗(yàn)證了電源優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。

Optimized design of satellite-borne multiple power supply

Abstract: Because of the special environment of the satellite-borne power supply, there are not many effective ways to dissipate heat, so the power density and efficiency of the power supply are more demanding. And because of its strict requirements for components, the choice of circuits and components are also correspondingly limited. This paper mainly introduces the design of flyback converter optimized on the basis of the original multi-channel power supply, and analyzes its working principle, then designs a new satellite-borne multiple power supply. Finally, the efficiency of the newly designed multiplex power supply is compared with that of the original multiplex power supply, and the feasibility of the optimized power supply design is verified.

引言
隨著相控陣天線在衛(wèi)星有效載荷中的應(yīng)用,星載電源為了適應(yīng)相控陣天線的要求,必須輸出功率大、體積小、效率高[1]。星載多路電源中輸出功率大的電源采用正激電路拓?fù)鋄2-3],效率可以做到90%以上。輸出功率小的電源則采用反激拓?fù)洌醇ぷ儞Q器電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、所用元器件少,因功率小只采用普通的RCD箝位和二極管整流方式。現(xiàn)該多路電源其中一路反激電源輸出電流需求增加,副邊整流二極管消耗了相當(dāng)多的能量,不利于整機(jī)效率提升。本文介紹了一種在原有多路電源設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上,只改動(dòng)較少器件,來完成新多路電源設(shè)計(jì)并能提高電源效率的方法,滿足新多路電源使用需求。
